Public hearing scheduled for Friday 03/09/18 for new Hunting legislation! Would you like to hunt black bear in Connecticut? Would you enjoy hunting coyote at night in Connecticut? Would you like to see the Sunday bow hunting of deer expanded to all private land throughout the state of Connecticut? If you are in favor with all of the above or some of the above, we need your support! There are three (3) new hunting Bills in the Connecticut Legislature Environment Committee that needs your support! - HB 5358: AN ACT AUTHORIZING BLACK BEAR HUNTING IN LITCHFIELD COUNTY.
- HB 5365: AN ACT AUTHORIZING SUNDAY BOW HUNTING OF DEER ON PRIVATE PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
- SB 348: AN ACT CONCERNING NIGHT HUNTING OF COYOTES.
There will be a public hearing on Friday 03/09/18 at 11:00 AM, room 2B at the Legislative Office Building (LOB) in Hartford.
